About Martha E. Rivera

As an Executive Technology Leader, I bring a disciplined and practical approach to real estate note transactions, shaped by experience in both real estate and corporate leadership. I obtained my first real estate license in New Jersey in 2005 and later founded MCJ Property Solutions in 2015, focusing on property investment and owner-financed transactions.

In parallel with my real estate work, I’ve spent nearly 28 years working with Fortune 100 companies across healthcare, telecommunications, and logistics. This background required evaluating complex financial decisions, managing risk, and ensuring sound outcomes—experience that translates directly into institutional-grade real estate note analysis and execution.

After relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 2022, I obtained my Florida real estate license and transitioned into real estate note investing in 2024. Since then, I’ve focused on working with note holders, private investors, and national buyers—purchasing notes when appropriate and facilitating connections when another path is a better fit.
