Martha E. Rivera brings a disciplined and practical approach to real estate note investing, shaped by leadership experience across healthcare, telecommunications, and logistics in Fortune 100 environments.

Her career required evaluating complex financial decisions, managing risk, and ensuring sound outcomes—experience that translates directly into careful, institutional-grade note processes.

Martha obtained her first real estate license in New Jersey in 2005 and founded MCJ Property Solutions in 2015. After relocating to Tampa Bay in 2022, she obtained her Florida license and transitioned into note investing in 2025.
